Payment can be must be paid within 7 days of receiving/accepting your quote, before or your consignment arrives in Tanzania Dar Es Salaam. Payment options are available in UK (£). We accept cash or bank transfers.
We do not accept credit/debit card payments

Your first point of contact in Tanzania will be our collections agent who will update and assist you with the successful collection of your shipment when it arrives. Collection Agent contact information is provided once payment has been received.
Air shipments take 7-10 working days from the date of shipment. You will be notified when to collect your goods from our Tanzania collection address.
Sea freight transit times can vary, but it is currently estimated that shipments from the UK to Tanzania can take up to 12 weeks, due to diversions to avoid the conflict in the Red Sea.
We charge £30 per wooden pallet built.
Yes, certain items are restricted:
Dangerous Goods: Items regarded as "dangerous goods" must be declared and handled properly. These are more expensive to send than general freight.
Valuable Cargo: We do not accept cash, traveller's cheques, stamp collections, deeds, tickets, jewellery, watches, or similar items.
Junk or Waste Materials: Scrap metal, paper waste, or used tyres are not accepted.

Yes, we can arrange collection if you are not local or have a large/abnormal shipment. Contact us for a quote.
No. We do not offer insurance for your consignment when you use our services. There are specialist insurance companies who will be happy to assist and customers may arrange their own insurance.
We do offer some coverage with our Packaging & Protection Service offering cover for up to £1000 protection from damage in transit. learn more here

Yes we do offer onward shipping outside Dar Es Salaam. This is our Door-to-Door service, no need to collect we will ship your consignment to your preferred location.
Wherever possible you should pack all of your goods before arranging the collection please pack well to ensure items are protected from damage in transit.
We do offer a Packaging & Protection service, arrange for specific items to be packed either by ourselves and offering protection up to £1000
We recommend that you don’t pack more than 30 kilos per package to ensure that it isn’t too heavy and able to collect safely. This is not possible for larger items such as a washing machine or fridge etc. Special arrangements must be made if you have heavier/larger items to ship. Please contact us if you wish to send larger items.
You should collect your consignment at the destination as soon as it is possible after you are notified via your preferred communication method that is is ready for collection. After 7 days we will begin charging storage fees @ £5.00 per day
